TERMS OF BUSINESS – UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED

Payment

Invoices submitted must be settled within 28 days * by cheque or cash payment to

Williams Ross Consultants Limited

Direct payment (BACS) can be made as detailed below ** (this method is preferred)

All receipts are notified to the UK Inland Revenue or respective State Government Agency responsible for taxation, as appropriate.

All customers are therefore INDEMNIFIED for any taxation liability.

Late payments will accrue the following:

Excess charge of 8 % above base rate (per day) after date of invoice due date.

Administration fee of £24 per hour (or part hour - for correspondence, phone calls etc).

Penalty charge of 15% or actual legal costs/County Court costs (whichever applies).

TAKE NOTE/BE NOTIFIED - OUR TERMS ARE STRICLY APPLIED

Disputes:

If there are any queries about invoice details, these should be notified to Williams Ross Consultants immediately, or at least within 14 days of receipt of invoice. Any negotiated and agreed amendments will, if further agreed, * extend the period for invoices to be settled.

Notes:

* the period of settlement can be extended by written agreement ONLY; otherwise,

penalties apply as set out above.
